Your access to and use of book online - Our services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use book online - our services.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

By booking with us you agree to the following terms and conditions:

First person media is not liable for damage associated with but not limited to Filming, photographing and the operation of aerial aircraft
​
changes to time/date must be made by the client a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled shoot
​
transportation costs are not included in our photo or video services. a surcharge will be added to the client's invoice after the party accepts a quote or pays a deposit through firstpersonmedia.org
​
a deposit is due on the date of booking to reserve a date & Time for the shoot in accordance with the service pricing.
Deposits can be made directly through the website and are non-refundable
payments associated with project remainder costs can be made through first person media, check, zelle, venmo, PayPal, electronic transfer or cash
insufficient funds (I.e. bounced check) will result in a surcharge of $50 on Clients final invoice

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
